Through our Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, we provide care that helps you enjoy daily life in a home you can call your own — with Christian values, genuine support, and a community that cares.
Supported Independent Living (SIL) is an NDIS-funded service that offers help with everyday tasks so you can live as independently — and confidently — as possible. Whether you’re in a shared home or living solo, our team walks beside you to make life smoother, safer, and more fulfilling.
At Christian Home Care & Disability Services, SIL isn’t just about services. It’s about care that feels personal and support that honours your dignity.
Sil can include:
When you’re choosing a SIL provider, it’s not just about what’s written in the plan — it’s about how you’re made to feel, day in and day out.
At Christian Home Care & Disability Services, we offer more than assistance. We offer connection, care, and homes where you’re seen and respected. Our support is built on Christian values, personalised care, and real human relationships — and that’s what keeps families with us for the long haul.
Here’s what truly sets us apart:
Our homes feel like home — warm, clean, and designed to help you live with ease and independence.
Every interaction is guided by compassion, respect, and a belief in your God-given dignity.
We don’t shuffle through staff. We build consistent teams that know you, understand your needs, and stick around.
Before we suggest anything, we take the time to understand what you want — and how you want it.
We never rush your growth. We support your independence on your terms, with patience and grace.
Our homes are located across Perth — in suburbs like Greenfields, Lakelands, Morley, and Baldivis — each designed for comfort, safety, and independence.
Whether you’re looking for a peaceful solo unit or a supportive shared space, we’ll help you find what feels right.

Everyone’s journey is different — but some signs can help you know if SIL might be a good next step. It’s not about losing control — it’s about gaining confidence, with the right support behind you.
You might benefit from SIL if:
Let’s talk it through — no pressure. We’re happy to guide you, even if you’re just exploring options.
Let’s talk it through — no pressure. We’re happy to guide you, even if you’re just exploring options.
Great question — and one that trips a lot of people up.
SIL (Supported Independent Living) is the care and support you receive daily — like help with cooking, cleaning, medication, and routines.
SDA (Specialist Disability Accommodation) is the physical home itself — purpose-built for people with high physical needs or extreme functional impairment.
And, the good news is that you might be eligible for both. Now, if you’re unsure which one applies to you, we’re happy to guide you.
Yes, and yes.
We’ll sit down with you (and your family, if you’d like) to understand your preferences — including location, type of home, and even the kind of people you’d feel most comfortable sharing space with.
No one should be placed into a home that doesn’t feel right. That’s our promise.
Whether you prefer a quiet place to yourself or you want to live with others, we’ve got options.
Then that’s exactly what we’ll provide.
Some participants just need a few hours a day. Others need round-the-clock care. Our SIL services are flexible — and tailored to your individual needs and NDIS plan.
We’re not here to give you “standard support.” We’re here to give you your support.
If you already have SIL in your plan — we’ll help you put it to good use.
If not — we can guide you through the process of requesting or reviewing your plan to include it.
You don’t have to navigate the NDIS system alone. We’re here to make it simpler.
Absolutely.
We encourage it — because choosing a provider is a big decision. You deserve to meet the team, tour the space, and ask anything on your mind.
Whether it’s a face-to-face visit, a virtual walkthrough, or just a coffee chat with our care team — we’re happy to meet you where you’re at.
We hear this more often than you’d think — and we don’t take that lightly.
Here’s what we’ll say:
We’re a faith-based, family-oriented team that puts people first.
You’ll never be “just a number” here.
If something’s not working, we fix it — quickly and respectfully.
Don’t take our word for it — let us show you what care should actually feel like.
